Chargemaster Update – Single Department or New Service

A review of single or new service CDM department per Client's request: review single department/new service line items for accuracy of the CPT/HCPCS, UB revenue code, and modifier assignment for compliance with federal and fiscal intermediary rules and regulations, price comparison vs. allowable reimbursement levels, and review descriptions for meeting Client's internal standards. HMI identifies all line items for addition, modification and deletion, as well as price comparison vs. allowable reimbursement levels.
